If something isn't right
Every provider is registered with an Ontario college, so an independent complaints process exists whether we're involved or not.
You can also report a provider from their profile. We read every report and can remove a listing while something is looked into.
We're not a regulator. We can act on the listing and point you to the body that can do the rest.
Worth knowing
What Spurose is not
Not medical. Nobody here prescribes. If that's what you need, start with a family doctor.
Not a crisis service. If you're in danger now, use the numbers at the bottom of this page.
Not part of your care. What happens in your sessions is between you and your provider.
