About Me

Hi, I’m Adrienne, a Registered Psychotherapist and Naturopathic Doctor. I offer a warm, collaborative space where you can feel heard, explore what’s keeping you stuck, and work toward meaningful change. I support individuals navigating anxiety, stress, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions. My approach draws on cognitive behavioural, mindfulness, and attachment-informed therapies, tailored to your needs, goals, and pace. My background in naturopathic medicine also informs my appreciation for the connection between physical and emotional well-being. Together, we can explore patterns, build practical coping skills, and strengthen your sense of connection with yourself and others. I offer sessions in English and Korean.
