About Me

If you are looking for a highly trained and experienced psychotherapist to work with for complex and/or longstanding psychological issues, please get in touch with me. In addition to my membership with the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario (CPBAO), I am currently an advanced candidate training to become a psychoanalyst at the Toronto Institute for Contemporary Psychoanalysis (TICP). My training and 18 years of experience mean I provide excellent care, particularly to those with a significant trauma history and diagnoses such as PTSD, Dissociative Disorders, and Adjustment Disorders. I offer long-term psychodynamic and psychoanalytic therapy to patients interested in working on problematic interpersonal patterns and psychiatric symptoms, that often relate to trauma history. You may have tried other therapies already and your issues have persisted – perhaps you need a different kind of psychotherapy. Psychodynamic and Psychoanalytic therapies promote lasting psychological change, growth, and healing. Bringing what is unconscious, and what is unexamined, into awareness with a trained professional can make an immeasurable difference in your life. Try something new outside of CBT - there is research to support psychodynamic therapy too!
