About Me

As a certified art therapist and psychotherapist, it is important to me that my client feels heard and understood. Through the creative process and the therapeutic relationship, I facilitate exploration of the meaning of the obstacles my clients face and how their personal story has unfolded the way it did. Currently, I specialize in working with adults and young adults who are overwhelmed by stress and burnout, facing life transitions, and navigating complicated relational dynamics. I am experienced in working in various clinical settings including inpatient psychiatry, shelters, a drug rehabilitation program, and different focus groups (grief and bereavement and coping with anxiety) with a diverse range of client concerns. I have facilitated individual and group therapy sessions.
