About Me

I'm Sofia, a Registered Social Worker (BSW, MSW, RSW) and psychotherapist supporting individuals through some of life's most tender transitions. I specialize in maternal and perinatal mental health, including postpartum depression and anxiety, the identity shifts of motherhood, and the pressures that come with parenting and relationships.

I bring a deep understanding of the South Asian community's unique needs, offering culturally sensitive, personalized care in a space where you feel genuinely valued and understood. Alongside this focus, I also support clients navigating marriage difficulties, grief and loss, and other significant life challenges.

My approach is warm, inclusive, and tailored to you. I'd be honoured to walk alongside you as you build resilience, find support, and move toward healing and growth.
